Melisa Koester is the Co/Founder and Coach of Axis Coaching LLC, 

 a heart-centered, full-spectrum coaching practice committed to serving individuals, leaders, and families as they reconnect with purpose, confidence, and inner alignment.

Grounded in a trauma-informed and deeply human approach, Melisa’s work supports personal healing, leadership growth, career transitions, and whole-life integration. She believes meaningful change begins from within and expands outward strengthening emotional intelligence, fostering authentic leadership, and creating sustainable growth that benefits both individuals and the communities they serve.
