By accessing our website, registering for services, scheduling or participating in coaching sessions (in‑person, virtual, or telephonic), submitting payment, or communicating with Axis Coaching LLC in any manner, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by this document. 

1. Nature of Services (Coaching Only) 

Axis Coaching LLC is a heart‑centered, full‑spectrum coaching service serving individuals, families, youth, couples, and leaders. Coaching services focus on personal development, emotional awareness, communication skills, confidence building, goal setting, accountability, and life alignment. 

Axis Coaching LLC does NOT provide: 

Medical care 

Mental health therapy 

Psychological counseling 

Diagnosis or treatment of any condition 

2. Not Therapy / Not Medical Advice Disclaimer 

You acknowledge and agree that: 

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care 

Axis Coaching LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition 

You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and personal well‑being 

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you agree to seek immediate professional help. 

3. Client Coaching Agreement 

By engaging Axis Coaching LLC, you agree that: 

Coaching is a collaborative, client‑driven process 

Results are not guaranteed 

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes 

Coaching may involve personal reflection, discussion of sensitive topics, and goal‑oriented work 

Axis Coaching LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, progress, or results. 

4. Tele‑Coaching & Virtual Services Consent 

Axis Coaching LLC provides coaching services through: 

Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom or similar) 

Telephone calls 

Email and text messaging 

Digital scheduling and form platforms 

By participating in virtual or telephonic coaching, you acknowledge: 

Risks associated with electronic communication (interruption, unauthorized access, technical failure) 

Axis Coaching LLC is not responsible for technology failures beyond its control 

Sessions are not recorded unless disclosed and agreed to in writing 

You consent to receive coaching services through these means. 

5. Digital & Electronic Communications Consent 

You expressly consent to receive communications from Axis Coaching LLC via: 

Email 

Phone calls 

Text messages 

Video conferencing platforms 

Online scheduling systems 

Digital forms and portals 

These communications may include appointment reminders, coaching information, billing notices, educational resources, and service updates. You may opt out of non‑essential communications at any time. 

6. Privacy & Confidentiality 

Axis Coaching LLC respects client confidentiality across in‑person, virtual, digital, and telephonic services. 

We do not disclose personal information except: 

With your written consent 

When legally required (court order, subpoena, or law) 

To prevent serious harm to you or others 

To protect the legal rights and safety of Axis Coaching LLC 

Axis Coaching LLC is not a HIPAA‑covered entity but voluntarily follows HIPAA‑inspired best practices for data protection. 

7. Payment Terms 

All services are scheduled and paid in advance 

Axis Coaching LLC does not store full credit card or banking information 

Payments are processed through secure third‑party processors 

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services. 

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy (24‑Hour Notice) 

To respect everyone’s time: 

A minimum 24‑hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments 

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited without refund 

Exceptions may be made at Axis Coaching LLC’s sole discretion 

9. Group Coaching, Workshops & Events & Retreats 

For group or virtual sessions: 

Participation and sharing are voluntary 

Confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed 

Axis Coaching LLC is not responsible for disclosures made by other participants 

10. User Content & Testimonials 

If you submit testimonials, reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant Axis Coaching LLC a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right to use such content for marketing and educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

11. Website Use & Terms 

By using our website, you agree not to: 

Violate laws or regulations 

Misuse content or intellectual property 

Interfere with site functionality 

All website content is owned by Axis Coaching LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis Coaching LLC shall not be liable for: 

Any direct or indirect damages 

Decisions or actions taken by clients 

Technology failures 

Outcomes resulting from coaching services 

13. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Coaching LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in coaching services or violation of this agreement. 

14. Governing Law 

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Axis Coaching LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

15. Policy Updates 

Axis Coaching LLC reserves the right to modify this document at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
